Current look of Becky. Bumper is getting painted. Rained a couple days ago in SoCal and she's been hibernating because yes it's cold for her here. El-Oh-El

1.8t/stick. had the b5 v6 4mo sedan(2000) but it was having way too many problems. So traded it for a 1.8t b5.5 (2001) sedan. I don't consider myself a passat whore haha

Ah, Very nice. I've got a B5 A4 sedan with the 2.8. I've always liked the lines of the Passat a bit more though. Running coils?

yes Racelands. They arnt too great like they say but it does go low. The front can go lower the back is maxed so that's why I'm looking to get Rokkor or Raceland Ultimos. Not looking to go lower till I find the right wheels.

Ah, Nice. Racelands aren't bad at all except the "settling in" period. If I recall correctly they're rebranded from somewhere. The green ones are better apparently though.

If you've got a good budget, Rotiform wheels always look great.

Yeah they arnt too bad but I shouldn't complain about ride quality when I should expect bouncing. I've had them for about 4 months and no problems. I just need the back lower and I don't want to cut coils. My budget is pretty "shit" right now. I'm hoping this New Year I can finally progress in this slow project. I need a respray on the whole body because fenders are a different silver and all the chips, scratches, dents just bother me. The trunk got backed into :( so it has a pretty massive dent. Hoping to stumble upon a reasonably priced euro trunk but I might resort to pick a part for a new trunk.

That's good to hear as far as quality goes. How low you think you're going? I'd love a Euro/'96 trunk for my A4, but they're a bit pricey and the paintwork is usually what kills me. How many miles?

I haven't had any problems with the car really. I have new axles I need to put in. But it's mostly electrical problems. I can't open the gas cap without turning on the lights and than press the button. The mirrors don't move power. Doors I have to manually lock each. It has 127xxx not sure exactly. My b5.5 has about 85-ish. I found a trunk for under 300$ once but it was a different color and shipping and paint would just blow my budget. I want the front another inch and a half and the back 2-3 inches. But it all will depend on wheel fitment.

Even better! I haven't had any issues with my A4, besides it needing a new washer pump and headlights. Euro trunks just have this allure about them, Haha. But they're always around $300, even for the A4 and that doesn't even include prep work and painting. Luckily Vortex has a pretty up to date classifieds section compared to Zine. That would look sick though, I suggest you do 18's if space permits.

yeah I just want to place my euro plate on the back. Just a got new headlights for it because the others were a disgrace. I have 215/60/16 rn but I tried on my brothers CC wheels which are 245/45/17 the wide tired were literally half inch from the fender. So my I have to roll fenders or thinner tires.

Nice, Rolling fenders just has to be done correctly. You'll probably need spacers and whatnot also from what I'm thinking. Maybe do some clear corner sides? I think you need orange bulbs, but they're pretty cheap at least.

I'm thinking of getting a Europlate, and sticking it under the regular place on the rear, because the front just wouldn't work. Hooray for needing front plates.

clear corner fender lights or headlights? I have the clear corners for headlights but I like the Amber because it adds color. I don't want to hide my plate so if it goes in the back I want to make a rack on top to attach my Cali plates and the euro plate will be where it should be. I'm sure I'll get pulled a couple times but it will be cool so other drivers will be confused.

Clear corner side markers do look pretty good, but unless you've got one piece lights, the side lights do normally look pretty good if they are clear. I wouldn't hide my plate either, it would just conceal the middle section of the euro plate. Cops won't like it either way, Haha. They might even call it obstructing the plate.
